"Prima Matera" Copper Stainless Steel Stew Pot/Stewing Pan Inocuivre Induction
Even those who prefer induction cookers do no longer have to do without copper cookware and its excellent heat conductivity properties. Traditional pots, pans and other cooking, stewing and frying vessels made of copper are normally not suitable for induction cook tops. Copper does not have magnetic properties and is, consequently, not suitable for induction cookers.
Fortunately, the French company de Buyer has found a solution to this problem by creating the high-quality "Inocuivre Induction" cookware, which is part of the "Prima Matera" collection. Thanks to the special ferromagnetic stainless steel bottom ("ferrum" is Latin and means "iron") of the "Prima Matera" copper cookware, the "Inocuivre Induction" products are suitable for use on induction cookers.
As is the case with any other products of the collection, the Inocuivre Induction stew pot/ stewing pan is coated with stainless steel on the inside. It is available in three different sizes and a respective capacity of 3.3 liters, 5.4 liters and 8 liters. As a result, anyone will find their perfect pot - be it for a single household or a large family, for preparing tasty roulades or a delicious Sunday roast.
