With the copper pan of the "Céracuivre" collection, the French company BAUMALU, which specializes in producing high-quality kitchen accessories, combines beauty and functionality. For a long time, copper cookware has been very popular in many kitchens, be it in the kitchens of passionate amateur chefs or commercial kitchens. Cooks value the excellent heat conductivity of copper, which is far better than that of iron or stainless steel.
In addition, the special internal coating of the Céracuivre pans with Greblon® Ceram prevents the barbecued food from caking on the pan and, as a result, makes it possible to roast with only a small amount of cooking fat. Nonetheless, the pans are free from PTFE and PFOA and are extremely scratchproof and, consequently, also very durable. The pans are available in two different sizes, with a diameter of either 24 cm or 28 cm and a respective height of 4 cm or 4.5 cm.
By the way: even after cooking, the copper pans of the Céracuivre collection are easy to handle. Less burnt or caked-on food on the bottom of the pan also means easier cleaning.
