Classic shape and high utility: Bowl made of copper, thick-walled with cast iron handles
Convincing in design and function is this model copper bowl, in which you beat cream or egg whites stiff.
The copper bowl has a firm footing and is lifted and transported by the curved handles made of indestructible cast iron. You can mix the mascarpone for Tiramisu in this practical bowl with a whisk or stir-fry spoon or prepare a light yoghurt cream with fruit. The thickness of the copper prevents the bowl contents from heating up too quickly. Experienced amateur cooks also use this top product for dressings, but add salt only after refilling. Because copper does not tolerate direct contact with salt.
You get the beautiful protein bowl in two sizes. With a diameter of 20 cm, the copper vessel holds 1.5 liters. The larger 26 cm diameter version has a capacity of 3 liters. We offer an even larger copper bowl. It has a diameter of 32 cm and a volume of 6 liters.
